My Paddock Parking for camper trailers and caravans is a simple process.
Once we have you registered for membership you will be given full access to the property including an individual parking spot number. The first time you park I will either meet you there (after talking on the phone) or will text you clear directions.
Then you are all set to bring your caravan or camper trailer to My Paddock.
On the property you are free to spread out on the grass to sort out your gear, tidy the caravan and carry out minor repairs and maintenance so that you are all ready to go on your next adventure without delay.
You can come and go as you please, any time of the day or night, which is great for those who want to beat the traffic or arrive back home late.
Also, once you're a member you will have access to the membership site where I will have a good library of videos and documents to guide you through all the aspects of My Paddock Parking.

Locations and Facilities
We have two locations on the Northern Beaches at Ingleside, both in an easy drive to Bayview Boat ramp, Akuna Bay and Davidson Park Boat ramp. Not to mention other areas such as Long Reef, Manly Dam, Pittwater and so on. The exact location will depend on the length of your boat and will be discussed during the application process.
Wash down facilities are available on ONE of the properties only so, if this is critical please let us know before you book. We don't mind if you spread out on the grass to unload the boat, organise your gear, tinker or carry out minor repairs and maintenance

Rates by van size/type per month.
The short version -
Most caravans are $250+GST/month, unless it’s very small.
Rates are based on a 3-month minimum.
We don't include the drawbar in the size, but the length of the main body of the caravan and anything hanging off the back.
*Under 3 months (short term) add 25% and may not be available in busy periods.
The Long version -
Small Caravan / hybrid camper/camper trailers: Under 19ft / 5.8m. $220 ($200 + GST) per month.
Regular Caravan: 19ft / 5.8m and larger. $275 ($250 + GST) per month.
RV Standard: Under 10m. $275 ($250 + GST) per month.
RV Large: Over 30ft / 10m. $385 ($350 + GST) per month.

Access
Both properties have good access from the main road and parking in your allocated spot.
Once you are a member you have 27/7 access.
It is expected that all owners have their own insurance and no responsibility is taken by My Paddock.
We always do our best to keep your valuable items safe and secure so have installed over 12 x high definition 24/7 security cameras.
