Relax, you now have a paddock to park your boat.
My Paddock Parking for boats is a simple process.
Once we have you registered for membership you will be given full access to the property including an individual parking spot number. The first time you park I will either meet you there (after talking on the phone) or will text you clear directions.
Then you are all set to bring your boat up.
On the property, we have wash-down facilities for most size boats and you are free to spread out on the grass to sort out your gear, clean the boat, carry out minor repairs and maintenance so that you are all ready to go out on the water without delay.
You can come and go as you please, any time of the day or night, which is great for those who want to catch the morning fish in Pittwater or outside Barrenjoey.
Also, once you're a member you will have access to the membership site where I will have a good library of videos and documents to guide you through all the aspects of My Paddock Parking, such as the property's front gate rules.

Locations and Facilities
We have two locations on the Northern Beaches at Ingleside, both in an easy drive to Bayview Boat ramp, Akuna Bay and Davidson Park Boat ramp. Not to mention other areas such as Long Reef, Manly Dam, Pittwater and so on. The exact location will depend on the length of your boat and will be discussed during the application process.
Wash down facilities are available on ONE of the properties only so, please let us know if this is a requirement. We don't mind if you spread out on the grass to unload the boat, organise your gear, tinker or carry out minor repairs and maintenance

Rates
The Short Version -
Most boats are at least $200+GST / month unless its a very small tiny or over 22 foot.
Rates are based on the aoat size, not the trailer.
Rates based on a 3 month minimum.
*Under 3 months (short term) add 25%.
The Long Version -
Small: Under 12 ft / 3.65m tinny - $192.50 ($175 + GST) per month.
Regular: Under 22 ft /6.7m: $220 ($200 + GST) per month.
Large: 22 - 28ft / 7.3 - 8.8m. $275 ($250 + GST) per month.
X-Large: 28 - 32 ft / 8.5 - 9.75 m. $385 ($350 + GST) per month
Boat trailers without a boat - discounted down a size of boat that uses a trailer (small boat rate minimum).
Boats on cradles and projects underway will be considered and quoted on the application.
All prices are subject to change and confirmation on application.

Access
Both properties have good access from the main road and parking in your allocated spot.
Once you are a member you have 27/7 access.
It is expected that all owners have their own insurance and no responsibility is taken by My Paddock.
We always do our best to keep your valuable items safe and secure so have installed over 12 x high definition 24/7 security cameras.
